Volunteering

Peace For DC is grateful for the support and partnership of Nationals Philanthropies, the charitable arm of the Washington Nationals.  ​​Together with other D.C. sports teams, the Nationals renewed their commitment to community safety on Wear Orange Weekend in 2023 with a combined grant of more than $100,000 to Peace For DC.  And Peace For DC is grateful for the DC Peace Academy classroom space at the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy provided by Nationals Philanthropies.

Peace For DC wants to help get the word out about meaningful volunteer opportunities available through Nationals Philanthropies and the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
